Led by Mr. Nat Paolone from Silvi Coffee Roasters, students will learn about the agricultural processes for coffee, coffee regions, coffee science, basic roasting techniques, various brewing methods, with a focus on barista skills. Students will be expected to make a minimum of 100 espresso-based drinks during the course to easily enter a café for employment.
