European International School Ho Chi Minh City (EIS) offers a rich and diverse programme of After School Activities (ASAs) for all students from Early Years to Grade 12, most of which are included within the tuition fee. Students are given space and time to develop their artistic talents, social competencies, physical endurance and skills, as well as having fun in a supervised and supportive environment.

Teachers’ Day Assembly
We held a wonderful Assembly on Wednesday, November 20th to recognize Teachers’ Day in Vietnam. Students, parents and teachers celebrated the teaching and learning that takes place every day. Thank you to all parents you come along and joined in. Photos are available here.

Meet the SLT 
The next meet the SLT will take place on Monday, December 2nd. Please save the date.

School Production: December 4th and 5th
The Greatest Show will come to EIS on Wednesday 4th and Thursday 5th December starting at 7pm. A special rehearsal production will take place for all Early Years and Primary students on Monday, 3rd December. This will be the first school production in the MPR and the cast are busily rehearsing their song and dance routines and intend presenting an energetic and lively show. Information regarding availability of tickets, which will be limited for each night, will be provided next week.

EIS Family Christmas Picnic: December 7th
This event, replacing the ‘’bazaar’’ of previous years, will be held from 3 pm on Saturday 7th December. There will be many performances, games and activities organised by our teachers and students. All proceeds will be donated to Operation Smile. There will be a separate email sent to parents but please save the date for now.

Message from Admissions
Thank you to parents who have referred new students to our school. We have already started waiting lists in several grade levels, commencing January 2020 and August 2020.
